What is the return policy? - 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or simply not liking the product
  • Ordering the wrong size or colour
  • Finding the same or similar item elsewhere at a cheaper price
  • Damage or faults caused after purchase
  • No proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice)

Faulty Items

If the product you purchased is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

To arrange this:

  • Please write a note on a copy of your invoice stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange
  • Return the item within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

    Return Shipping & Responsibility

    Please ensure items are packed carefully when returning them. Samantha's Studio is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

    The customer is responsible for:

    • All return postage costs
    • Any postage costs associated with exchanged items

    Postage costs are non-refundable.

    For exchanges, we will contact you with the applicable postage charge (calculated in accordance with Australia Post Regular Parcel rates). Payment must be made via direct deposit before the exchanged item is dispatched.

 

When will I get my order?

All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia.

Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days of receipt. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on location.

We ship to most locations worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us to confirm availability and shipping costs.

Orders are delivered via Australia Post or an international courier service. Please note that delivery times may vary and delays can occur due to circumstances beyond the control of Samantha's Studio, Australia Post, or the shipping provider (including weather events, strikes, or other unforeseen delays).

 

Where are your products manufactured?

Please note: As all items are handmade, each item is unique and may vary slightly from the photos. Colours may also vary due to differences in computer and device screens.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
